Opening remarks — Ilka Mottscheller
Opening — 17 April 2026
Wulf Kirschner covers steel surfaces with rhythmic patterns of weld seams. The cooled lines form structures that recall aerial views of terraced fields or petrified sediment – an industrial gesture as geological form.

Michelle Concepción lets liquids evaporate on paper. What remains are traces that recall river deltas, erosion or contour lines – topographies without territory, painted by the behaviour of matter itself.
